Allen Yang - CFO

Allen is a future-focused collaborator and strategist who ensures the fiscal health of the organization. He and his team use financial reporting, modeling, and analytics to support and realize our mission of pioneering life-changing care for patients with complex and chronic conditions.  Allen has more than 20 years of healthcare finance experience, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Prior to joining the team, he served as West Region Vice President of Medicare Finance at Centene Corporation and held multiple leadership positions in his 22-year tenure at Health Net and Centene.  Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. 

Amy Lung

Amy is an experienced leader of large-scale operations who develops and guides initiatives that ensure the successful delivery of virtual and in-home palliative care services. She excels in utilizing financial and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth, and uses her expertise in working with health plans, providers, and clinical leadership to support new operating models. Amy is also known for building high-performance teams that successfully manage costs, reach quality performance benchmarks, and improve healthcare outcomes. Prior to leading our palliative care division, Amy was the Chief Operating Officer at Healthmine where she led day-to-day operations, client management, and product strategy. As the Vice President of Quality Improvement at WellCare, she instituted the corporate strategy to improve care for more than 1.2 million members, while overseeing cross-functional groups that achieved top-rated performance metrics. Amy's work as the Director, Quality Improvement at Blue Shield of California included leading the data-driven strategy for quality improvement programs. Amy earned a bachelor's degree in biology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She also holds an Improvement Advisor certification from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement and a Lean certification in healthcare from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Caleb Kinzer - COO

By building high-performing teams and leveraging the latest technologies, he reaches company goals across the commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and federal healthcare markets. Caleb also brings a passion for continuously delivering exceptional and cost-effective care to diverse populations. Previously, Caleb held executive roles at UnitedHealth Group and Kaiser Permanente, where he led large-scale operations, as well as enterprisewide business technology implementations. Caleb earned a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Saint Olaf College.

Catherine Campbell - President

Cathy compassionately leads teams supporting care delivery for patients with chronic, complex, and advanced-stage illnesses. She has a proven track record of leading Medicare and Medicaid businesses and a deep passion for solving challenges affecting vulnerable populations. Additionally, Cathy is recognized for her expertise in growing and transforming healthcare organizations. Cathy brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, including senior roles at Molina Healthcare, Blue Shield of California, Anthem, and Coventry Health. Before joining the organization, Cathy served as principal of CBC Advisers, providing advisory and consulting services to national healthcare startups. Cathy holds bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Maryland's Philip Merrill College of Journalism. She's a founder of Wish Upon a Cure, a non-profit foundation for pediatric mitochondrial disease research, and currently serves on the board for the Mitochondrial and Metabolic Disease Center at University of California San Diego.

Dr. Paul Mikulecky

Paul is a dynamic and transformation leader who oversees our clinical providers, management services organizations, quality processes, and lines of business across the country including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage. He has an extensive background in primary care, hospital medicine, and population health, as well as health plan, utilization, and care management. Paul's strategic and collaborative work style ensures our physicians and care delivery systems are equipped to provide the best possible experience to our patients. Before joining our team, Paul held executive leadership roles at Humana, was a senior partner in a hospitalist group, and was a practicing internal medicine physician. Paul earned a medical doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and received a Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Dr. Saria Saccocio

Saria is a results-oriented healthcare leader specializing in strategic planning, program development, and equitable healthcare. As a collaborative and decisive leader, she works to develop her staff, manage relationships, and create strategic initiatives to deliver improved patient care outcomes. Saria has more than 20 years of experience leading award-winning, quality programs and improving patient care across the health continuum. Before joining our team, she served as Chief Medical Officer with several health systems, including Prisma Health, Bon Secours, and Lifepoint Hospitals. Saria earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Florida. She also received an executive master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Saria completed her family medicine residency at the University of Miami before opening a family practice. She continues to serve patients at the Greenville Free Medical Clinic. Saria was recognized by Becker's Hospital Review as one of the top 100 Hospital and Health System Chief Medical Officers to Know and was elected to be part of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Dr. Vandhana Wadhwa

Vandhana's philosophy has always been centered on delivering best-in-class care to support patient health and well-being. She manages clinical operations, leading collaborations between administrative and medical teams to ensure that patients receive this high-quality care. Vandhana is an internal medicine board-certified physician with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, specializing in inpatient, ambulatory, and mobile care delivery. Before joining our team, she served as Physician Advisor at Meridian Health and Director for Clinical Operations at Apogee Physicians. Vandhana earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Kasturba Medical College, India.

Dr. William Logan

Bill is an internal medicine, geriatrics, and palliative care board-certified physician with more than 25 years of clinical and academic experience. He's responsible for managing and enhancing the foundational elements that relate to patient care and outcomes. Bill is known for his medical and business acumen; leading with mindfulness, compassion, and integrity; and assuring older adults have the care they need to age successfully.  Prior to being appointed to his current position, Bill served as our East Regional Chief Medical Officer. He also served as the Medicare Advantage Chief Medical Officer for BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, Medical Director and Chief Medical Director at Centene Corporation, and Medical Director, National Health Guidance Organization at Humana, in addition to other executive leadership roles.  Bill's career has also included a period of private practice, a consultative practice called Geriatric Care Services that assured continuity of care for older adult patients, and the opening of the Center for Success in Aging, a comprehensive geriatric assessment and research center.  Bill graduated with honors in biology from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill and received his medical doctorate from the UNC School of Medicine. He went on to train in general surgery and transplant immunology at the Mayo Clinic, followed by a residency in internal medicine at UNC Hospitals. Bill was accepted into the Geriatrics Fellowship Program at Duke University where he earned a Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Leadership. Bill also earned a Master of Business Administration in health leadership from the University of Tennessee.

Kathleen Linder - CIO

Kathleen has extensive experience in multiple health domains including payers, integrated health systems, and large providers such as ambulatory and hospital. Previously, she held executive leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealth Group, CommonSpirit Health, and Tenet.  Kathleen earned a bachelor's degree in business from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Science in engineering from the University of Southern California. She's a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program.

Meghna Patel

Meghna and her team lead the way in ensuring our patients receive the right care at the right time. She does this by designing products centered around patient experience and clinical outcomes to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Meghna is a problem-solver with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in provider and payor, clinical nursing, technology startups, and consulting. Before being appointed to her current position, she served in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Operational Excellence. Prior to joining the team, Meghna served as a Consulting Manager at Empiric Health, Clinical Informatics Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, and Nurse Case Manager at Oscar Health Insurance. As a provider, her experience includes clinical nursing - pediatric critical and surgical care at Duke University Medical Center, adult surgical oncology nursing at UNC Health, and geriatric home health case management - and leading a Clinical Analytics team at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. Meghna earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of Business Administration from Union College, and a Master of Public Health from Dartmouth College.

Before joining our team, he held multiple leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, including health plan CEO and COO, where his focus was the Medicare line of business. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in religious studies with a minor in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach. He received a Certificate in Business from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
