CASWELL COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION

A hidden gem, Caswell Cove is a condominium association comprising 204 two-bedroom units varying in size between 1,200 and 2,000 square feet. Our location is mainly West facing on the banks of the Housatonic River making for great waterfront views and wonderful sunsets. Our community is nicely laid out in eleven buildings located on Pope's Island Road and Windward Road with plenty of green space and well landscaped flower beds and trees. Our amenities include a swimming pool with surrounding seating areas, gym, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts and a half basketball court... Caswell Cove is managed by REI Property Management who maintain an on-site office.
