Chef Yanick Pyrame was born in Haiti and was raised with her mother and her grandmother. They taught her how to prepare traditional meals for her family which she soon then developed a love for food and the many different techniques of international cuisine. Yanick was inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas that can bring people together... As a chef, Yanick holds a degree in culinary art, baking, pastry and also cake design. She has trained extensively and managed the kitchens for many families as well as instructing for years. Yanick guides beginner students in developing basic culinary skills with a focus on an introduction of cooking and preparation of international cuisine. Chef Yanick is dedicated to personally ensuring your party runs smoothly and that everyone enjoys themselves with the outstanding food.
