Center for Technological Pain (CTP) has been doing research on relieving pain caused by technology since 2017. CTP has been developing various DIY and Open Source methods of eliminating health problems that can arise from digital technology, such as smartphones and laptops. Some of the methods are devices like glasses with shades that prevent eyestrain, others propose solutions in a more hands-on way, for example with educational workshops and self-defense classes against technology. CTP also offers DIY manuals on how to build low-tech accessories from cheap materials. The CEO Dasha Ilina believes that everyone should have access to means of eliminating tech-related health problems...
