MR. ALEXANDER ZAFRA JR., Filipino and of legal age, is the Chairman of the Board of Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders Incorporated (CEO Builders Inc.), a company that engages in design and building residential houses and commercial buildings including home and office improvements. Currently, he serves as first municipal councilor in Loboc, Bohol, Philippines. He also serves as Board of Director of three (3) companies namely Atharra Development Corporation, Atharra Residences Incorporated, and Young Urban Property Professionals Incorporated. He holds chairmanship and membership roles in the corporate level committees. He finished his Real Estate Management Course from the National Real Estate Association, Inc. in Cebu, and has been in the real estate sector for more than 10 years. He continues his pursuit to knowledge acquisition and competence enhancement programs crucial to the performance and delivery of his strategic functions. Among these programs are Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, Strategic & Innovative Leadership, Operational and Functional Planning, and Business Administration. He holds a bachelor's degree from Silliman University and his current affiliations are: Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association, National Association of Realtors, Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines - Bohol, and JCI - Bohol.
MR. ALLAN M. LUZANO is a Filipino citizen and of legal age. He is one of the vision-driven Vice-President of Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders (CEO), Incorporated and Atharra Residences Incorporated (ARI), a foremost real estate developer in Bohol. He holds and performs significant accountabilities at a corporate level that ensures well-governed quality policies, right business conduct, and corporate culture. He also serves as a concurrent business consultant of Atharra Development Corporation, Atharra Primeland Development Corporation, Amira Land Development Corporation, and Young Urban Property and Professionals. He provides in-depth insights into the emerging market trends to capsulize economic developments while managing business growth to increase stakeholders' value. He has more than two (2) decades of an extensive leadership role in industry practice with multi-national firms namely McDonald's Philippines, San Miguel Beer Brewery Inc., Shakey's Philippines, 7-Eleven, Jollibee Foods Corporation, and other recognized local brands. He has been in international business exposure to increase professional competencies. Since 2013, He used to be a professional developer in academic institutions. Currently, he worked as an Adjunct Professor for both undergraduate and graduate school programs at the School of Business and Economics of the University of San Carlos (USC), Cebu City, and College of Business and Accountancy at Holy Name University (HNU), Tagbilaran City, Bohol. He taught courses on Thesis Writing, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Consumer Behavior, Product and Service Development, Strategic Marketing Management, Advertising - Sales and Promotion with Integrated Marketing Communication, Principles of Marketing, Retail Management, Services Marketing, Distribution Management, Pricing Strategy, and other core business disciplines. He leads the Enhancing Leadership and Intelligence of Today's Executives (ELITE), an official organization of Graduate School students of USC. He was appointed for three consecutive years to lead The Executive Chronicle (TEC) - the official student publication of the Business Administration Department of the University of San Carlos. He has been a consistent developer and consultant for various student enterprises and keynotes on-air lecturer of ABS-CBN DYAB 1512 of the Kapamilya Negosya Na in partnership with the Center for Education and Life-Long Learning of the same University. Also, a keynote speaker in manufacturing firms. Former Adjunct Professor at the College of Commerce of the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R), Cebu City. He taught courses on Property Development, Cost Control and Analysis, Crisis Management, Human Resources, Corporate Expansion, Planning, Development, and Control. He was also appointed to be a faculty facilitator for the Expanded Tertiary Education Accreditation Program that develops industry practitioners on the mid-management level who wish to finish a degree. He received several citations namely 2nd place in Business Idea Generation, an inter-university competition in Cebu City, he attended numerous training and classes like Effective Management Practices Course, graduated as Class Arche / Class Valedictorian, Gold Hat Awardee, and many other management classes where he received a Bronze Hat Award and Dean's Lister. Top-Notcher of the Next Generation Operating Culture at McDonald's Philippines in March 2015. During his stint, he was promoted three times in less than three years and received several citations from the Operations Department that covers the areas of People, Sales, QSC (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness), and Profitability. The Jollibee Foods Corporation recognized him as Best in Sales Building activities, consistently passed the Quality Management Audit with an A+ rating, and was a recipient of the award on Exceptional Performance in 2002. Furthermore, he attended numerous conventions, training, and learning development programs in a corporate setting. He is a member of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). Before acquiring his solids years of experience in leading and managing multi-brands, he obtained the following programs in Master in Business Administration in 2014, Commerce major in Marketing Management in 2004, and Computer Science in 1998. He received an academic distinction of Magna Cum Laude. All his institutional academic learning experiences came from Holy Name University, a duly recognized Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the province of Bohol. He is a man nurtured by a sound core value with his leadership brand to engage, execute, empower, and lead by example.
MR. DARREL SALVA DIGAL is the Chief Executive Officer of Atharra Development Corporation, and Atharra Residences Incorporated. He has been in the field of Real Estate for over 10 years and is a recipient of multiple awards in the industry. His concurrent positions include Board of Director of Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders Incorporated (CEO Builders), and Young Urban Property Professionals Incorporated (YUPP Realty and Brokerage). His various related affiliations includes Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations (CREBA), National Real Estate Association (NREA), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP) where he serves as President - Bohol Chapter, and Junior Chamber International (JCI Bohol Sandugo) where he is currently appointed as Director for Business. He finished his Real Estate Management course in De La Salle - College of St. Benilde, Manila. He acquired Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) real estate license broker in March 2014. To strengthen his craft, he completed various capacity building programs pivotal to business directions: Strategic Planning and Operational Planning, Strategic Leadership, Operational and Functional Planning, Business Administration, and Innovative Leadership. He is a Certified Capital Markets Specialist and also holds a bachelor's degree from Silliman University.
