CHEF EMILY GREEN

I am a graduate of the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy, I have fifteen years of experience in the food industry. Nine of those years I spent working my way up to Sous Chef at the only Four Diamond Restaurant on this side of the state. Because of this, I am able to bring high level excellence to your table. I have been catering since 2019, but it feels like I've been doing it forever! You will be welcomed like a close friend, with kind smiles and fine dining... I have always had a passion to bring good food to the table. As a child, I served many meals to dolls and family. From my days of making Pine Needle Upside Down Cake to now; my food will always be locally sourced, full of flavor, and served beautifully platted. We're family now. And this is how we cater to those we love... No time to linger? That's fine. I've created meal options fit for all. Emphasis on options. I can always bring something new to the menu! Just ask!
