Choices Integrated Healthcare is an entity of Many programs that provide different services to help clients receive treatment with substance abuse and/or mental health all at one location. It's our mission to help our community heal and grow. We are here to empower our clients and teach them how to be resilient as well As Our Staff. We believe in diversity, and no one being left behind... We offer an Intensive outpatient program (IOPs) which are treatment programs used to address addictions, depression, eating disorders, or other dependencies that do not require detoxification or round-the-clock supervision.
