CLEVELAND MINDFULNESS CENTER

The Cleveland Mindfulness Center was founded in 2015 and has provided trainings, workshops, and retreats to hundreds of people interested in learning mindfulness meditation practices in the Cleveland area. In 2017 we started the City of Cleveland, Division of Police Mindfulness and Yoga Training program... The Cleveland Mindfulness Center offers classes, workshops, trainings and retreats, scheduled throughout the year. We can also co-create programs based on your needs. Whether you are new to mindfulness practices, or want to deepen your practice, we have programming available to suit your needs.
