Grace Kreuser is a Legal Secretary and Immigration Paralegal at Chenhalls Nissen, S.C. who has been with the team since 2022. Jennifer L. Nissen

Jennifer Nissen is one of the founders of Chenhalls Nissen S.C. She has been practicing immigration law since 2005. Jenny served as the Chair of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) from 2016 to 2017, and previously served as Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. She has presented and spoken on immigration law to other attorneys. She has lobbied for immigration reform in Washington, D.C. various times for AILA's National Day of Action, serving as Coordinator for the Wisconsin AILA Chapter for AILA's National Day of Action in 2016. She currently serves as the Wisconsin AILA Chapter's Liaison to the American Immigration Council.

Kelley A. Chenhalls

Kelley Chenhalls is one of the founders of Chenhalls Nissen, S.C. She has been practicing immigration law for over 20 years. Kelley's practice areas include both employment- and family-based immigration. In particular, her practice focuses on the medical field working with doctors, nurses, scientists, dentists, and other medical professionals to achieve their immigration goals. She handles H-1B petitions, PERM applications, J-1 waiver applications, NIW petitions for both physicians and advanced degree professionals, and EB-1 petitions for outstanding professors and/or researchers and individuals with extraordinary ability. Among other honors, Kelley is the recipient of a Distinguished Public Service Award from the U.S. Department of Justice. She also was honored in 2016 by the Wisconsin Law Journal for its annual "Women in the Law" event where the journal recognizes outstanding women lawyers in the state of Wisconsin. Kelley is passionate about immigration law and has been active in her support for immigration reform. She participated as a Legal Observer at the May Day March of Voces de la Frontera in 2010, and has lobbied for immigration reform in Washington, D.C. while working as a Coordinator for AILA's National Day of Action in 2012, as an AILA advocate in 2013, and on behalf of the International Medical Graduates Taskforce in 2016 and 2018. Kelley is a contributing author for the Illinois Practice Series, The Law of Medical Practice in Illinois. She has presented and spoken on immigration law to other attorneys for LawReviewCLE, the Society of Family Lawyers, and the International Medical Graduates Taskforce. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and served as Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer of the Wisconsin Chapter and as a member of the national Health Care Professionals/Physicians Committee and the Membership committee. Kelley practices both employment- and family-based immigration with a focus on assisting doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to achieve their immigration goals.

Margaret R. Morris

Margaret (Maggie) Morris joined Chenhalls Nissen, S.C. as an Associate Attorney in 2021. Maggie primarily handles employment-based and family-based immigrant visa petitions and applications for permanent residence. She discovered her passion for immigration law during her time as a clinical law student at the University of Wisconsin's Immigrant Justice Clinic, where she assisted clients in removal proceedings. Prior to becoming a part of the Chenhalls Nissen team, Maggie gained additional experience in employment-based immigration as a law clerk in private practice. Maggie holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Megan Stieglitz
