Joe has over 15 years of construction and specialty project experience. Joe worked in Pre-construction Services as well as in a Project Manager role for complex custom homes built in the Vail, CO area. In addition Joe was an analyst, product developer, and portfolio manager for a family of funds using options based investment strategies. Most recently Joe worked for Vail Resorts as their Senior Project Manager for CapEx spending for Vail Resort's wide range of real estate assets. Joe has a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Vicki has over 40 years' experience in real estate development and project management, having managed over $1 billion worth of projects. With a focus on Museums, Performing Arts Centers, and other Cultural Projects, Vicki was awarded and managed construction for The Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth, TX, The Carpenter Theater in Richmond, VA, The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts in San Antonio, TX, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV, and The Gaillard Center for the Performing Arts in Charleston, SC. Vicki has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and an Associate in Science in Construction Management from Northlake College.
