Conduit Economic Freedom Alliance is an anchor for grassroots organizations across the state of Arkansas... Like many other national organizations, CEFA operates on the basic belief that the principles and ideas of the American Founding are worth conserving and renewing. Our intent is to become "policy entrepreneurs," using those founding principles and ideas. Our vision is to build and improve the State of Arkansas where freedom, opportunity, prosperity, and civil society flourish. It is our mission to promote public policy that enables the free expression of entrepreneurship absent of the special interest component that often accompanies policy activity of larger businesses. That is to say that we do not intend to promote and educate for the purposes of a specific benefit but rather for the evenhanded environment in which to operate any business... Conduit is made up of a collection of entities that hold different roles in the shared mission for prosperity for all Arkansas.
