Background Ammara is a highly qualified finance and development professional with over 15+ years of work experience. She has worked at multinational corporations of the UK, the Netherlands, and China, and has been providing financial advisory and services to foreign companies in Pakistan since 2007. As a fellow member of ACCA-UK and a licensed Tax Practitioner with the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan, Ammara possesses in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, financial management, taxation, corporate governance, stakeholder management, consulting and training. Currently, Ammara is leading Consultivo that provides business outsourcing and project management services to foreign corporations and International Development Programmes operating in Pakistan. Having MS in Development Studies and certification as a Learning & Development professional by International Finance Corporation (IFC), Ammara offers consulting, capacity building and project management services to her clients and partner organizations with a focus on entrepreneurship, sustainable development, social innovation, impact measurement and management, gender-focused interventions, digital rights, and communications.

Kashif's linguistic abilities are truly remarkable, as he is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Persian, Urdu, and Punjabi. This language proficiency has undoubtedly contributed to his success in engaging with diverse stakeholders in his career. Over the years, Kashif has garnered valuable experience in several esteemed organizations. Notably, as a Program Manager for Drugs & Narcotics Educational Services for Humanity (DANESH), he demonstrated exceptional leadership in implementing and improving internal control and monitoring systems to mitigate risks. His expertise in procurement and project management led to effective partnerships with donors, government entities, and other stakeholders, ensuring the smooth implementation of Annual Work Plans and result-oriented programming. Furthermore, Kashif has a notable history of working with international organizations. At the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), he exhibited financial acumen and contributed to performance assessment exercises for grants. His ability to foster technical and managerial capacity in implementing agencies reflects his dedication to capacity building and sustainable development. Early in his career, Kashif gained valuable experience at the European Commission's Delegation to Pakistan.
