Whether you have followed Rachael from the early days at Gnocchi.Me in the Northeast Minneapolis Farmer's Market, or enjoyed the Rachael's Pasta brewery pop-ups, you know her talent. Rachael learned from some amazing chefs through the years at Chowgirls in Minneapolis, Rare in Fort Collins, then truly honing her craft running the pasta program at the long lived Harvest in Louisville.
