Kim is founding partner and owner of Kim G. Hansen - IT Law and one of Denmark's most experienced IT-lawyer specialists. As investor and a specialist, he is legal advisor to multinational, as well as startup, companies in the IT industry. His work is mostly focused on larger IT-projects and disputes, but comprises everything IT, including security and compliance. Kim holds two master's degrees in law and a Ph.D. He has been teaching IT-law (part time) at the Danish universities and business schools since 1995 and is a common speaker at IT-law conferences in Denmark.

Per Erik holds a master's degree in business administration from Copenhagen Business School, where he also spent more than 10 years as associate professor.
