Beginning in 1989, Jerry Curwick started by building his own custom home and from there he started building duplexes and apartments. In 1992, the 1st customer asked Jerry to build him a custom home in Manteno. Today, Curwick Home Builders has a variety of residential developments located within the Kankakee/Will County area.
