Joshua N. Rose

Josh is an experienced counselor. He helps clients to understand their options, to present a strong position and to pursue appropriate remedies. He knows a lot about the law, the negotiation process and the risks, costs and rewards of litigation options.

Lorenzo Cellini

Lorenzo heads our litigation team. A civil litigator with over fifteen years' experience both prosecuting and defending cases concerning many different areas of civil law, his areas of practice include consumer protection, consumer class actions, False Claims Act litigation, real estate, contract, product liability, antitrust, civil rights, and employment law. Representing consumers in the DC area since 2006, he has experience in all phases of civil litigation, from formulating theories of liability and implementing litigation strategy, to negotiating dispute resolutions. He knows how to fight for his clients and win. Lorenzo was previously a partner at a boutique litigation firm in DC and has served as lead class counsel in numerous consumer class action cases that have resulted in settlements providing millions of dollars of relief. Also, he has represented tenants and tenant associations in connection with their rights under DC Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act and the DC Rental Housing Act. More recently, he has filed and litigated cases in DC Superior Court against unlawful marketing which have resulted in settlements that caused wrongly-acting merchants to cease those practices. Lorenzo graduated magna cum laude in 2004 from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where he was a member of the moot court board, a legal writing fellow and the recipient of the E. Thomas Sullivan Antitrust Award. He also received his B.A. from UA, again graduating magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Lorenzo is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, District of Columbia Court of Appeals, Arizona State Bar, Supreme Court of Arizona, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and various U.S. District Courts throughout the United States.
