He was born in June, 1967. He hails from Obinagu, Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT). He attended the Nigerian Law School, Enugu and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.He possesses both PGD and M Sc. (in-view) in Public Administration in ESUT. He is the Chief Executive Officer of AMPHARCO Group of Companies consisting of AMPHARCO Estate, B-Jee Oil and Gas, Chime Agro Ltd., Waterpack, Sidom Pharmacy Ltd.
He is a member of the Nigerian Barr. Association. He is a philanthropist with great passion for education. He has over 156 beneficiaries who are disadvantaged children in the poor rural communities in Enugu State. He is Human Rights activist, promoting universal access to health and inclusive education for all. He is initiative-oriented and demonstrates sound interpersonal relationship. Joe's hobbies include playing soccer, reading and gardening. Barr. Joe Chime is happily married with four children.

He was born on 10th October, 1963 and he holds a Diploma in Law from the Lagos State University (LASU). From 1982, he worked as an insurance agent with various international insurance establishments after which he relocated to Taiwan in search of greener pastures.
He returned to Nigeria in 1993 after a three year sojourn in the oriental world. He is happily married to Mrs. Vriginia Mba and they are blessed with children.
He ventured in politics in 2011 after being convinced that participation in politics is a veritable channel of serving his people in his quest to bring government closer to his rural folks who lack the modern touch of civilization. His has carried out various philanthropy projects that have immensely benefited his community, his church, etc.
Chibuzor worked with various and gained cognate experiences in virtually all areas of banking from operations, Credit and Marketing, Treasury and Investment Management and International Trade. He has also functioned in Commercial, Corporate, Oil & Gas and finally Manufacturing ends of Credit and Marketing. He exited from Banking at the rank of Branch Manager in charge of First Bank UNN Branch.
He is presently the Senior Legislative Aide to Rt. Hon. Amadi Dennis Oguerinwa, Member Representing Udi/Ezeagu Federal Constituency at the National Assembly. Chibuzor is a Principal Partner and Co-founder RISKMETRICS Consult - a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultancy located in G.R.A., Enugu. He is married to Engr. Mrs. Chika Aniekwe and they are blessed with four children.

Chris Amalu is the Program Director of Dennis Oguerinwa Amadi Foundation (DOAF). He was born in October 1976 and hails from Amofia-Agu, Affa, Enugu State, Nigeria. He holds a Master of Science degree in Parasitology from the University of Nigeria Nsukka; he is also a doctorate prospect of the Public Health Parasitology of the institution.
He has professional certifications from Harvard University on Malaria, University of Washington on Leadership and Management in Health, and WHO/TDR/MOOC on Implementation Research -International Institute of Global Health, United Nations University, (UNU-IIGH), Monash University, Malaysia. He is an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) and member of Public Health Parasitology Society of Nigeria, and Zoology Society of Nigeria.
Chris is an innovative, self-motivated, directed and initiative-orientated leader, team player, research and development professional, with over 16 years' experience in project management, public health, health systems strengthening, consultancy on human development issues and security management, with key interest in malaria, HIV/AIDS, MNCH and other infectious diseases of poverty - both in employment and consultancy.
He had worked with the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, (UCTH), 2002-2013, where he lectured in Medical Microbiology/Parasitology and carried out Routine Practical Demonstration Classes in the St. Margaret's School of Nursing. He is the founder and Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Royal Healthcare Foundation (RHF) established in 2002 where he started his NGO career and dedicated his professional life to fighting HIV/AIDS from community interventions to running international programs.
He later stepped aside and joined Health Reform Foundation of Nigeria (HERFON) 2011-2013 where he played a key role in the Health Sector Reforms, Routine Immunization and Maternal Newborn and Child Health (MNCH). He eventually moved on to Deloitte Consulting LLP. US, USAID-SIDHAS project, 2013-2017, as the Organizational Development Advisor/Health Systems Strengthening, overseeing advocacy, policy, strategies, resource mobilization and sustainable financing of USAID/SIDHAS projects.
Chris was a National Consultant (Health Policy) to the Nigeria Governors' Forum (2012 -2016). He is also the Managing Director, Utility Trusts & Consults (UTC), 2012, bringing world-class capabilities and high-quality service to clients, delivering the insights they need to address their most complex business challenges. He is married with two boys and three girls.

Mrs. Ifeyinwa Amadi works to drive the vision and programmatic objectives of the DOAF. As CoP, Ifeyinwa works alongside the Foundation's leadership and partners to help create greater opportunities for women, children and youth to build better futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Ifeyinwa is a resilient advocate for expanding access to early childhood education, improving the health and well-being of Enugu citizens across the country, providing the next generation of young leaders with the resources they need to turn their ideas into realities, and ensuring the empowerment of girls and women as priority across all of the Foundation's programs and initiatives.
She also serves on the Board of the Clinton Foundation's affiliated Clinton Health Access Initiative - which works to expand access to lifesaving HIV/AIDS medications and services in the developing world, as well as on the Board of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation - a partnership between the Clinton Foundation and American Heart Association, which works to empower kids to develop lifelong healthy habits around food and physical activity.
Ifeyinwa is currently the C.E.O., Green Dolphin Beauty Shop & SPA; and she is the Director - Admiral Resort Limited and Chicken Lounge. Ifeyinwa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology Anthropology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Akwa.
