You are not alone. In fact, I was just like you... 7 years ago, I was feeling trapped and didn't know what to do with my life. I hated the job I had, and I couldn't seem to find my way out. By chance, I ended up in an IT administrator assistant job off of Indeed. There I got my first experience with networking as well as programming.
