By March of 2018, Dillon Mollinet moved to Ridgecrest, California, and began working for his current company, A1FCU. As a Member Service Specialist for the credit union, Mollinet effectively made sales and recommendations for products and services that best suit members' needs. As a primary point of contact for members, Mollinet efficiently and accurately responds to members, offers solutions, and ensures members feel supported and valued. After a few short months, Dillon was promoted to his current role as an IT Support Specialist. With an in-depth knowledge of company technologies and systems, Mollinet can communicate complex concepts to members in a more digestible manner. Responsible for troubleshooting common IT problems, Dillon assumes remote control of customer's computers whenever necessary. As a seasoned employee of the company, Dillon often trains new IT employees to install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
