He then went on to University of Missouri School of Medicine graduating at the top of his class followed by Neurosurgery residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Najafi finished his skull base fellowship at the renowned Semmes-Murphy Clinic in Memphis, TN.
