Dr. Kisi has been working with collaborators around the globe in DOTS research. Dr. Kisi received his doctoral degree in engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, master's degree in construction management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
