Anne grew up in the Cloverdale area and moved to Langley in 1988 where she has resided ever since. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1989 from Simon Fraser University and then attended the University of British Columbia Law School from which she graduated in 1992. After being called to the Bar in 1993, Anne focused her legal work Family Law, Wills and Conveyancing. While putting her law practice on hold to raise her son, Anne obtained a master's degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
Since returning to the practice of law, Anne has focused on representing private and Legal Aid clients facing the end of a marriage, common law relationship or dating relationship and provides legal advice and representation for clients needing help with the following:

Determination and division of family property

Jack is called to the bar in British Columbia and New York. He specializes in cross boarder transaction, and corporate and securities law. Jack represents both investor and investee of private companies and venture capital funds.
Prior to founding Dowting Law Corporation, Jack articled at Vancouver office an international firm and worked at one of the top firms in Taiwan. He also worked in a technology based startup.
