Ali Jehanfard is a member of the board and a team leader in the technical development department at Duearity AB. Ali has extensive experience in project management and technical development within the field of medical technology.

David Johansson has experience from heading organisations in different countries and has a deep understanding in sales & business development from SKF, Pfaudler & Skanska. He has a Master's in engineering from Chalmers Institute of Technology and a MBA from SDA Bocconi di Milano.
Fredrik Westman is the Managing Director at Duearity AB. He previously served as Managing Director and member of the board in medical technology companies.
Katarina Tornqvist has 15 years+ experience form operations and supply chain management from multiple industries including the medical device industry, chemical manufacturing & the personal care industry. She has a master in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, & a master in finance from Stockholm School of Economics.

Mike Provost is the Duearity US Director Sales based in Virginia Beach, VA. His sales and Organizational Leadership expertise was developed while selling high-performance electric boats, and during his 21 year career in Special Operations serving as a Special Warfare Combat Crewman (Navy SWCC). While in the US Navy, Mike developed bilateral tinnitus; he has first-hand experience with the Tinearity G1 device.

One of Duearitys founders, Peter Arndt, has had tinnitus for a very long time and underwent TRT treatment in 2015-2016, which involved CBT training in combination with listening to white noise 8 hours per day for a period of 12 months. Peter found that white noise offered a considerable amount of positive relief, but found that the treatment constituted a major inconvenience in his everyday life. Earpieces could not be used during working hours, since the treatment needed to be uninterrupted, and my sleep was disturbed by having to sleep with them on for protracted lengths of time.
Peter Arndt is a member of the board at Duearity AB and the inventor of Tinearity G1. He has been active in a number of companies during his 30 years in the industry. The common denominators are entrepreneurship, expansion and business development strongly connected with innovative medical technology products.
