The Dusty Rose Ranch got its start back in 1984 when our father, David Southard, bought property in Edwards/Kinney County. Our mother, Bettye Southard, named the ranch and it's been the name for our family ranch ever since. Our father was a rice farmer from Hockley, TX and he always dreamed of owning his own ranch. For 34 years, we've had the privilege of having a place to call our own and to be able to grow up enjoying the outdoors. We grew up hunting and working on the ranch and the lessons we learned as a family have proved invaluable to us in our daily lives. In 2018, we decided to find something a little closer to home. We found this beautiful property and immediately fell in love with it. This ranch was quickly named the Dusty Rose Ranch II (DR2) and it is what you see today. We look forward to serving you!...
