A former Athletic Director and Independent Travel Agent, April is a true Jill-of-all-trades and team player who joined the Dynamo team in 2021. She brings 14+ years of a wide range of experience to help across Dynamo's business functions including attendee communications, venue sourcing, travel and rooming list management, and administrative support. Her shiny personality and positive spirit always light up the team. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, April is based in Indiana where she lives with her husband Jimmy, their daughters Lily, Kinsey, and Emmy, and their pets CeCe, Phoebe, Big Bertha, Mochi, and Bear.
Chrissy founded Dynamo Events in 2016, bringing her global event marketing experience from Silicon Valley to Los Angeles. As CEO, she is responsible for growth and strategy for all of Dynamo's business divisions, including venue sourcing, event production, and coaching. She was named to Connect Magazine's 40 Under 40 list in 2017 and the BizBash 500 in 2021. Chrissy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University where she studied Cultural Anthropology and Markets & Management. She is based in Los Angeles where she lives with her husband Hunter and Yorkshire Terrier Hash Brown.
Jet joined the Dynamo team in 2022 as an Event Coordinator to help develop, plan and execute virtual and in-person B2B events for Dynamo's clients. His main responsibilities include speaker management, sponsor management, and vendor management. Based in Iloilo City in the Philippines, Jet is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Visayas where he studied Business Administration and Marketing. In his life outside of work, Jet enjoys swimming, gardening, architecture, entrepreneurship, technology, and crypto.
As Senior Event Manager, Mackenzie leads all event planning and management work at Dynamo including in-person and virtual events. Mackenzie works closely with our clients to create events that help drive their business objectives - from large multi-day user conferences to intimate bespoke experiences. Bringing her previous hospitality experience to her current role at Dynamo, clients love working with Mackenzie, as they know every detail will be taken care of. A proud graduate of St. John's College in Santa Fe, NM (and always ready for a conversation on the Great Books), Mackenzie is based in Los Angeles where she lives with her husband Dom and cats Charlie and Cat Zeta Jones.

Natasheen aka "Nat" joined Dynamo in 2022 as Marketing and Administrative Assistant focused on growing and delivering Dynamo's coaching line of business. She brings 6 years of digital marketing experience to the role with an emphasis on social media marketing. A true creative, she loves staying aware of the latest social media trends while dreaming up both creative and valuable content. In addition to managing Dynamo's marketing programs, Natasheen also administers Dynamo's coaching and educational products, making sure that all of our coaching clients have a 5-star experience. She is based in Bacolod City, Philippines where she lives with her husband Mark, daughter Nishka, and Shih Tzu Rainbow.
