Kumar Patel - Managing Director

Kumar will serve as a Managing Director of the KBR Enterprises LLC. In his role, he will focus on site management with Zips Cleaner store located at Salisbury MD. He will support Bipin Patel to run business successfully with many talents and experience that he brings to KBR Enterprises LLC. He will manage operational Manager and production manager at the site location and provide all necessary support to run operation of the business successfully along with Bipin Patel. He acquired many business experiences such as inventory control, management, customer service, meeting department goal, trained and mentored franchisees and managers. Kumar holds Bachelor of Accounting degree, and he will provide great support to Salisbury location.

Nick Patel

Nick Patel will serve as Board of Director of the KBR Enterprises LLC. Key focus of this role, he will focus on ZIPS franchisee profitability and acquisition related activities. He will analyze site selection, demographic data, financial projection, store projection, and data analytics of current and future site developments of Zips franchise. He will provide support for the implementation of company mission, programs, and services. He will build relationships with community partners and relevant stakeholders for strong, effective delivery of Marketing programs and services to target populations. He will create and maintain relationships with contractors and partners to ensure all programs are running smoothly and efficiently. He will provide support to monitor the organization's cash flow, track expenses, and project budgets, and prepare financial reports. He will work collaboratively with their Board of Directors in the development and execution of the strategic plan of KBR Enterprises LLC. KBR Enterprises LLC will benefit Nick Patel's exceptionally well-organized, resourceful and highly motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple projects and produce timely, high quality work. Nick Patel has multiple years of managing experience through running Subway, Dunkin Donuts, upscale liquor store, and 30 units hotel (Inn & Suites). Nick Patel successfully holds number of real-estate rental properties. Additionally, he has immense experience in property management since he has been managing his businesses since 2010. He has demonstrated the highest quality of customer service in DoD, and Healthcare-Information-Technology domains for over 12 years.

He will be communicating with Zips corporate office regard to development and implementation of Zips stores at all locations as KBR develop more stores. He will be making site location visit, analyze site population data provided by Zips and other third party vendors, data analysis of store projections, working with commercial lease broker, commercial lenders to secure funding for all projects, management oversights, operations and company's vision and business strategy of KBR Enterprises LLC. Raj Shah currently owed successful business in software industry where he provides his services to Defense, Healthcare, Financial and Telecommunication industries. He has 28 years of experience in project management, planning, assignments, team building and research. He brings key accept of Zip franchise development experience to KBR Enterprises LLC.
