Pat began his personal fitness career in Boston moved to Chicago and is now based out of Indy. His past experiences in small studios to big gyms have shaped him into a more well-rounded trainer and person. After moving to Indy Pat managed sales in large gyms. He did less training and more managing of staff and facilities. Then found his way back to personal training at a couple of small studios. To where he is now, the proud owner of Elite Fitness Systems. Over the years Pat has obtained some of the most prestigious backgrounds and experiences in regards to personal training.
