  • Investor
  • Real Estate Agent
  • Director of Real Estate
Bobby Williams is a licensed real estate agent/ investor who has worked in the field for over 20 years. He built his business through various flips, property sales and single-family rentals in the Atlanta, GA market. Bobby has flipped dozens of properties and has rich experience in buying, rehabbing, and selling properties for profit. As a flipper, Bobby worked to transform vacant, abandoned and deteriorated properties into neighborhood assets. Through his business he employed local residents and provided temporary housing and emergency shelter to single homeless men and women. Bobby was on the cusp of transitioning from flipping single family homes to larger commercial multi-family properties and the 2008 housing and financial crisis struck. In the aftermath of the crisis, it became increasingly difficult to obtain financing for new projects. Bobby and his family relocated back to New York and he subsequently joined the New York City Department of Education to work one-to-one with elementary and middle school aged children with special needs. Bobby has found his work supporting children with IEPs for the past five years extremely rewarding. He is committed to their progress and growth in all academic and social skills. Giving back to the community has always been a source of pride for Bobby. Even as a teen, Bobby volunteered extensively with History in the Making, a youth development nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, mobilizing, and building self-determination among students and their communities in the Bronx. Bobby led after-school enrichment activities, food drives and community clean-ups. His civic engagement continues today, serving as volunteer assistant coach for local youth basketball and baseball teams. Bobby earned a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising & Business Administration from Florida State University. He lives in the Yonkers downtown waterfront area with his wife of 15 years and their two young children.
