OUTPOST - Key Persons
Dovid is a Director of Transactions for OUTPOST. Dovid has over £1.6 billion of real estate transaction experience in the UK over the past 15 years, including serving as the head of Kingsbridge Partners; a real estate focused family office in London. Previously, Dovid was Director of Development for the Bondcare Care group-the fifth largest private care-home group in the UK-where he was responsible for origination, strategic planning, design and build input, as well as the operational performance of his care home and multisector care portfolio.
Dovid has an LLB (Hons) from University College London and completed his LPC from the College of Law. He sits on a number of local community charities in London.
Laura-Jayne (LJ) is a Director of Operations for OUTPOST. LJ has extensive experience delivering operational real estate in the student accommodation, PRS, and Co-Living sectors. Formerly an Operations Manager at Greystar, LJ held responsibility for a portfolio of +1,400 units and led pre-development services for third-party clients, including design, fit-out, mobilization, and lease-up. Most recently LJ worked as the Director of Operations for Society, a Co-Living start-up that delivers design-led apartments with flexible contracts through a digital platform.
Laura-Jayne received her MSt. in U.S. History from Oxford University, and her B.A. in History from Oxford Brookes University. LJ is a member of Ladies in Real Estate (LiRE) and the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM).
Michael is a Director of Development at OUTPOST, with extensive Real Estate experience delivering multi-million pound projects. Prior to joining OUTPOST, Michael was Director of Development at SUSD and provided Development Consultancy and Technical Due Diligence on projects totaling over £1 billion in GDV. He has worked with leading Real Estate Investment Funds and a diverse portfolio of Developers, including The Collective - the world's largest Co-Living developer and Top Hat Industries - the UK's most advanced fully automated Modular company.
Michael holds a Construction Management and Surveying BSc (Hons) degree from The University of Reading and is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building.
Nayan is the Finance Director for OUTPOST. Nayan has extensive experience in Real Estate Finance, previously holding senior roles at Landsec, where he managed the financial performance of a £6bn portfolio including asset management and development, and at the Unite Group, where he was the Finance lead on all developments including sourcing debt facilities, managing corporate structures, JV relationships and capital allocation strategy. Most recently Nayan was the Head of Finance for the regeneration arm of Associated British Ports.
Nayan holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Troy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OUTPOST. Prior to founding OUTPOST, Troy was a Managing Director at Greystar-the world's largest operator of residential assets. In over 6 years at Greystar, Troy led multiple functions including acquisitions, asset management, development, and portfolio management in the UK and Europe; deploying over £5 billion across 30,000 beds of student accommodation and 3,500 units of residential accommodation. Prior to Greystar, Troy worked in consulting at the Cadmus Group with a focus on environmental and sustainability issues.
Troy received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School and holds a B.A. in Chemistry and B.A. in Business Management from Taylor University. Troy is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
