Alexis Kountouris

Alexis Kountouris graduated from Pepperdine University with honors in Management and holds a Real Estate Broker license in the State of California. She brings to Project Management Collaborative over 20 years of progressive management and accounting experience in various aspects of the construction industry including public works and private residential contracts ranging from a few thousand to multi-million dollars. She is the recipient of various company performance awards. Throughout her career she introduced, improved, and implemented several work processes and software solutions to manage the growth of companies, address issues and/or streamline operations while drastically reducing costs. The education, experiences, and skills gained over the years found perfect utilization in her project management role allowing her to see the big picture while still focusing on the details. She helps select and coordinate the team while still focusing on the individual members and trades. The end goal is a successful project and a pleased client.

Arron F. Latt - CEO, Founder

Arron's professional expertise in planning, interior design and architecture started in 1957 and encompasses well over 50 million square feet of commercial, high technology, industrial space as well as residential properties. His background includes the design, construction and administration of projects for some of the most prominent names in banking, finance, health services, entertainment, aerospace, retail and real estate development. In 1958, Arron founded the commercial interiors consulting firm of Latt, Jackson & Associates. The firm later evolved into Arron F. Latt & Associates/Interarc. Interarc quickly became one of the leading architectural, interior design, construction administration and management firms in California, with projects that included the 14-story Wilshire Bundy Plaza and the 585,000 square foot world headquarters for Sony Superscope Marantz. Arron suggested and designed accommodations for disabled employees and visitors of this building which was in the 1970s, long before accessibility guidelines were created by Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and became mandatory. After selling Interarc in 1984, Arron became a private consultant, handling major projects throughout their planning, design analysis, budgeting and construction phases for many of his former clients. A partial list of commercial projects includes: Arron is a member of the Construction Management Association of America and holds a current California Contractors License. Arron has been a widely sought-after seminar instructor and lecturer and has addressed audiences at the University of California, Los Angeles, American Management Association, American Industrial Real Estate Association, and the Association of Legal Administrators and the Society of Industrial Realtors.

Cheryl M. Yaganeh

Cheryl graduated from Woodbury University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Straight out of college Cheryl was teamed up with the construction management team, who represented LAUSD to construct a ground-up high school in Granada Hills, CA. During the 3 years of construction Cheryl worked as a Junior Engineer and got hands-on experience in running a major construction project, working next to seasoned Architects, Inspectors, and the General contractor of the team. Shortly after the completion of the high school, Cheryl joined PMC in 2013, to continue working in construction management.

Edward Gibbons

Edward's career spans delivering large-scale construction projects and providing consulting services for commercial and residential clients. His specialized experience in value engineering, visualizing complex problem resolution, and business management coupled with special focus on best industry practices compliance and quality assurance positions him as a unique construction guru with strong attention-to-detail and relationship building skills. As an industry expert, he is skilled in overseeing all aspects of commercial and residential construction, large capital improvements, including commercial and condominium projects from start to completion. Edward's ability to liaise well with company officials, architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, consultants, staff, inspectors, clients, and teams from diverse backgrounds has been prominent throughout his 25+ years' career history. He is known for mediating complex job site issues and maintaining coordination between contractors, clients, and governmental agencies to ensure uninterrupted project operations.

Kathy Wergin

Kathy is a financial and accounting manager with over 20 years of hands-on and management experience in all aspects of accounting. Her specialization is in real estate, commercial, residential, and multi-family projects. For PMC's clients Kathy leads construction audits, review of company financial statements, performs variance analysis, and account reconciliation. Kathy has been the Director of Construction Accounting with the company since 2005. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Stout University in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
