FARRELL COMMUNICATIONS

Paul was born in the District of Columbia and raised in the Montgomery County area. He attended high school at James Hubert Blake in Silver Spring, MD and is a proud alumnus of Stevenson University in Owings Mills, MD. Paul is best known for overcoming a traumatic spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed during his athletic career at Blake in October of 2013. He dedicates his life to making every second and moment count to create change in his community, innovate new policies and organizations, and communicate best practices to carry each of those out...
