In the areas of management training, despite being one of the youngest trainers in Sarawak, he has trained more than 4,500 participants and worked with several key clients for their enhancement programmes, such as the Leadership Institute of Sarawak Civil Service (LISCS), Sarawak Tourism Board (STB), Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA), Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak (JKR), Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC), Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC), Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), Land and Survey Dept Sarawak (LSD), Sarawak State Human Resources Unit (SHRU), and Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA), to name a few. He has also lectured in University Putra Malaysia (UPM) Bintulu Campus on the areas of business, marketing, and communication. In addition, Feroz is a business coach for one of the most successful startups in Sarawak i.e. Thirst Milkshake which saw tremendous growth from a small roadside stall business to a successful mall kiosk.....
