Gilles (as in Villeneuve) was named after the famous racing driver which seems apt as he is always going around at 200 mph! Having started his professional career on a temporary basis 16 years ago at the Royal and Derngate Theatre, Gilles has never stopped! His industry knowledge is second to none and it seems fitting that he should be our eyes on the ground with regards to crew and clients. Gilles is almost permanently on site taking care of clients and event crew alike, giving us a seamless link. Whether he is taking new crew members under his wing, or reassuring clients with his skills as a Production Carpenter, Gilles is on hand with the day to day running of First Call.

Theresa joined First Call in its infancy, and from the early stages has been heavily involved in the Operations and Logistics of the company, helping to design our event crewing system and client correspondence. She has a wealth of experience in Operations within the Entertainment industry and is key to the smooth running of the quoting and booking procedures within the company. This matched with her commitment to providing the best level of customer service to our clients helps in making First Call stand out as one of the best.
