Anthony Sedzro

Anthony has more than Ten (10) years of experience gathered in various positions in Banking, Customer Services and Client Advisory and Humanitarian Work. He also has experience from his time working in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom where he worked in Credit Union Administration, Client Advisory Services and a Contact Centre for Samsung, a multinational conglomerate. He holds a BSc. Admin degree from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Legon. Anthony also has a Law degree (LLB) from the law faculty, University of Ghana, Legon. Prior to joining Flexcorp, he worked with the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) Africa Office, a human rights-focused NGO in Accra as the Team Lead, Access to Justice unit. In this role, he gained experience working on multi-million-dollar donor-funded projects, liaising with state institutions and undertaking media advocacy campaigns.

Cynthia Adiasani

Cynthia is Senior Military Officer at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and a Public Health Professional. She has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Public Health from the University of Cape Coast and a MSc Degree in Public Health from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She is a Deputy Director of Nursing at the 37 Military Hospital and has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in general nursing, midwifery and public health care. She also specialises in corporate social responsibility particularly in the area of child and maternal care as well as community dispute resolution. She is an adjunct lecturer in Public Health at the 37 Military Nurses Training School. Cynthia has a strong business acumen and brings on board her expertise in public and social services to help drive the corporate social responsibility and sustainability agenda of Flexcorp. She has participated in United Nations Peace-Keeping Operations in La Cote d'Ivoire, Liberia, Lebanon and Democratic Republic of Congo.

Daniel Adjei

Daniel is a Management Consultant. He holds MSc. Strategic Project Management and BSc. Administration from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh (UK) and Central University (Ghana) respectively. He is a Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He has also obtained a Certificate in Change Management from Politecnico di Milano in Italy. As an experienced Management Consultant with over twenty-three (23) years of experience, Daniel has over the years been engaged in Risk reviews, statutory audits in private and public sectors within and outside Ghana. He has carried out Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls assessment, Organizational and Governance reviews and financial audits to a good number of local and international clients. He has also conducted training in several subject areas including internal control and risk management, internal audit quality assurance and improvement and audit planning, execution & reporting. Some key organizations that benefited from his experience include Dalex Finance (ERM), Various financial institutions, The World Bank, Internal Audit Agency, GIZ, DANIDA, Judicial Service of Ghana, Media Foundation for West Africa, The Global Fund, USAID etc. Government of the Netherlands, Millennium Challenge Account, African Development Bank and the Audit Services of Sudan. Daniel's work experience extends to organizations operating in countries such as Liberia, Guinea, Nigeria, Mali, Kenya, USA, UK and Sudan among others.

Daniella Evans

Daniella is a finance and administration professional. She has a BSc Accounting Degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. She is currently pursuing the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) professional programme at Level II. With over four (4) years of experience, she specialises in accounting and taxation, general office administration and client services. She also has good knowledge in company secretarial practice and corporate/regulatory compliance. Her duties and responsibilities include: •Performing Company Secretarial duties such as preparation and filing of annual returns and corporate statutory filings; •Formation and registration of business entities at the Registrar General's Department (ie Limited Liability companies, Sole Proprietorships and Partnerships); • Preparation and payment of statutory filings within the legally stipulated time. (SSNIT, VAT, PAYE, Withholding); • Keeping and maintaining statutory books and records of clients; • Assisting the Executive Director in dealing with regulatory bodies across the wide range of industries for and on behalf of clients; • Bookkeeping and maintaining proper books of accounts in line with the laws of Ghana and preparation of final accounts; • Providing regular updates to the Executive Director on the status of the office; and • Communicating with clients and liaising with the Executive Director to respond to their request as appropriate. Prior to joining Flexcorp she worked with Persistent Energy Ghana (PEG) as a Customer Services Specialist.

Francis Yaw Adiasani

Francis is a Lawyer and a Chartered Governance Professional. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG), UK. He also holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) (International Business Law) from the University of Liverpool (UK) and Executive MBA degree (Human Resource Management) from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in providing corporate services, twenty (20) years of which he gained in the employment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ghana where he led the corporate administration services unit of the firm. His competencies include inward foreign investor advisory, corporate statutory and regulatory compliance, technical and soft skills training, corporate secretarial practice, corporate governance advisory, labour law compliance and advisory, board administration and immigration solutions. His experience extends to Sierra Leone and Liberia where he provided pathfinder services and setting up of business entities under the laws of those countries. Francis has participated and delivered presentations at conferences/seminars/workshops in Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius, Namibia and the USA. He has been involved in brainstorming sessions with regulators with the view to influencing regulatory reforms as necessary to promote investment in Ghana.

Prof. Albert Puni

Professor Puni holds MSc degree in Corporate Governance from the London South Bank University and a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA) from the Swiss Management University, Switzerland. He is a Chartered Governance Professional, an Associate Chartered Governance Institute (ACG), UK. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers (IPFM), UK. Professor Puni is an astute corporate governance expert with over twenty-six (26) years of experience. He has provided training and advisory services to both the public and private sectors within Ghana and abroad. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). Courses he has taught include Corporate Governance and Natural Resource Management, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, Leadership and Ethics, Entrepreneurship Development, Ethics in Management and Management of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. He was a visiting lecturer at the Crawford University, Nigeria and Bem Management University, Darkar - Senegal. He has authored several academic publications bordering on corporate governance and management and has been a key resource person at several conferences, workshops and symposia. He is currently the Dean of the Distance Learning School at UPSA. Prior to going into academia Professor Puni served in senior management positions in a number of corporate entities operating in the private sector.
