Marc Mandel is the co-founder and Managing Principal of Forged Real Estate. Marc has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and currently leads the team at Forged Real Estate with a focus on single-tenant, sale-leaseback, and small shopping center investment advisory services throughout the country. He has completed over 800 transactions throughout his career with a value of approximately $1.5 billion. Prior to founding Forged Real Estate, Marc previously was one of the leaders and top performers of the Net Lease Retail Practice at HFF and then at JLL through JLL's acquisition of HFF in 2019.
Marc is an experienced real estate sales professional who brings a unique and valuable perspective to deals due to his deep and multifaceted experience in this industry. He is able to evaluate assets from the perspectives of both property owners and tenants, in part because he began his career on the leasing side of the business with a focus on site selection for numerous national tenants, as well as landlord representation. He is well respected within the industry and greatly values the relationships he has made in this field over the years.
Marc is a graduate of Towson University with a BS in Business Administration. When not in the office, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working on his golf game, and rooting for his hometown Philadelphia sports teams.
Max Reiter is an Analyst of Forged Real Estate with a diverse background in the real estate industry. Max handles and assists in the underwriting and due diligence of single and multi-tenant assets. Max's previous professional experience in residential lending has helped him develop a keen attention to detail and makes him a valued member of the team.
Nicole Overton is the Transaction Coordinator of Forged Real Estate. Nicole's career encompasses over 18 years of professional experience in the retail and office leasing sectors of commercial real estate where she has acquired vast insight into market research, lease evaluation and deal transaction support.
Steve Schrenk is the co-founder and Principal of Forged Real Estate. Steve specializes in the acquisition and disposition investment advisory services of single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease properties, sale-leasebacks, and small shopping centers throughout the country. Since 2018, Steve has been involved in 250+ transactions totaling over $1 billion in total volume. Steve is a knowledgeable real estate professional with years of experience who prides himself on the team's client centric and value-add approach. Additionally, he takes a comprehensive approach to fully understand each client's goals and objectives while becoming ingrained within their business to help successfully execute upon their strategy. Prior to co-founding Forged Real Estate, Steve was a member of HFF's Net Lease Retail team, and later JLL through JLL's acquisition of HFF in 2019.
Steve is a graduate of Villanova University where he double majored in Finance and Real Estate and was a 3-year starter on the University's baseball team. In his spare time, Steve enjoys weekends at Brigantine Beach along with golfing and fishing with his family and friends. He is passionate about giving back through charitable endeavors and cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams and his alma mater as well.
