We ordered from here for take out for the third time today. Other times it was okay, however sauce was always watered down. Today when we got our food there was sauce in the bottom of the bag and the bag almost completely ripped open when we grabbed our food. They gave us the wrong salads, eggplant was raw and to top it all off, my boyfriend's food had a HAIR IN IT. Needless to say this is is the last time we will be eating here... Our dining experience at Fratelli's was amazing! Our waiter was Braxton, who was friendly and attentive and our food was amazing! The pasta dishes were delicious and the portions were ample! We also had a build-your-own calzone and shared a piece of Red Velvet Cake to top off our meal. We had not eaten at Fratelli's before, but we will definitely return! Thank you for one of our best dining experiences in years!... We're looking for friendly faces to welcome & seat our customers at our happy restaurant! Smiling and enthusiastic people make great team..
