Jeff Chalk

Job Titles:
  • Senior Project Manager
Jeff is a versatile Senior Project Manager. He oversees day-to-day project operations and coordinates with field teams as well as evolves overall field policies and procedures. He also meets with clients and determines which crews are the best fit for each jobsite. Jeff appreciates how Full-Tilt functions as a close-knit family with actively involved leadership and coworkers who all know and support each other. Jeff enjoys traveling with friends and family.

Juan Torres

After about a year with Full-Tilt, Juan became the company's Area Safety Lead. He began as a superintendent overseeing a crew of 3 to 8 people and is now responsible for making sure all coworkers are safe on jobsites. He appreciates the effective way that the company operates and stands out in the industry. In his free time, Juan likes to spend time with his wife and three daughters as well as fixing things around the house and growing vegetables.

Karen Allebach

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Karen is a Project Manager who coordinates drawings and submittals. She's the go-between with the general contractor, customer, and field superintendents and helps keep projects on schedule and on budget. She attended Florida State University and came to concrete construction from a custom homebuilder. Karen has been with Full-Tilt since 2014 and respects how the company's team members take exceptional pride in the finished product and customer service as well as how the company truly values its employees. She has been married to Jeff for 31 years, and they have a daughter named Melissa. Karen is also an enthusiastic chef and enjoys entertaining, travel, and being part of the Board of Trustees for Museum of Art - DeLand.

Pedro Rosa

Pedro is glad to work for one of the top tilt-up specialists in Florida as a Senior Draftsman. He creates panel shop drawings for the tilt-up panels and has a degree in mechanical engineering. He has been with Full-Tilt since 2015 and worked in concrete construction since 1992. When he's not at work, Pedro enjoys riding his motorcycle.

Richard W. Proctor

  • Principal Owner and President of Full - Tilt Constructors
Richard W. Proctor is a Principal Owner and President of Full-Tilt Constructors. He is a licensed General Contractor( (CGC1514333) who brings a unique blend of hands-on field and management experience to the company. Before partnering with Scott M. Roberts to create Full-Tilt, he served for over a decade as the Owner and President of Empire Tilt-up Systems where he established honest and trusting relationships within the tilt-up industry. His early experience as a concrete foreman and jobsite superintendent has earned him respect throughout the industry as he is truly experienced, having literally started on the ground floor of the tilt-up concrete industry. He is equally comfortable getting his hands dirty on the job or discussing contracts or plans with a job CEO or superintendent, which is reflected in the reputation he has garnered as accessible and loyal to his clients, vendors, and team members. During his free time, Richard likes to ski, offshore fish, and spend time with his son who also works for the company.

Scott M. Roberts

  • Principal Owner and Vice President at Full - Tilt
Scott M. Roberts, a Principal Owner and Vice President at Full-Tilt, is an accomplished construction professional with a broad range of experience in the tilt-up construction industry. His partnership with Richard Proctor was born out of a like-minded goal of bringing back a hands-on approach by leadership to meeting and exceeding client project needs. He has been a licensed building contractor since 2003 and a certified American Concrete Institute Tilt-Up Technician. Scott is also an experienced business development manager. With a proven track record of developing emerging markets; managing contracts and projects; and a reputation for building and developing successful relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and field supervisors/crews, Scott is well versed in bringing in projects on time and within budget. From his time as a job superintendent where he supervised and managed crews and concrete pours to his current role-and because there is no substitute for hard work and experience-Roberts exemplifies the hands-on approach the company values.

Scott Mohr

Scott's role is primarily preconstruction, including initial bid preparation and estimating. He has been with Full-Tilt since 2014. Before that, he had his own residential and commercial renovation construction company. He has also served as a Director of Marketing for a boat company and has a degree in engineering. Scott likes being part of the tight-knit, communicative, collaborative culture at Full-Tilt and how well everyone performs their roles to maintain high-quality work and efficient timelines. In his free time, Scott enjoys mountain biking in Colorado and the Carolinas.
