On May 4, 2020, the Court preliminarily approved a proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit, Brandon Kommer v. Ford Motor Company, Case No. 1:17-cv-00296 (N.D. NY). The settlement provides reimbursement of certain out-of-pocket expenses incurred when obtaining repairs to address a malfunctioning door latch in Settlement Class Members' Class Vehicles.
