Jean-Pierre Cadieux is an experienced manager and top-tier executive well-known for his skills in bringing his team to another level to achieve far-reaching business objectives. His expertise, knowledge, extensive experience and established network of business contacts - both in the public and private sectors - have made him a valued partner to assist his clients reach their goals. Joint-purchaser of the Armaco Company in May 1993 -becoming Armaco (1993) inc., then President from 1998 to 2016 of this company specialized in manufacturing and installing reinforcing steel, wire mesh and mechanical joints, Mr. Cadieux had the opportunity to work with and serve many important organisations over 23 years. To name a few, the Bell Center, various Cirque du Soleil entities as well as collaborating with his associates to the construction of the Pont de la Confédération of Prince-Edouard Island. Jean-Pierre's reputation and skills are recognized not only in Canada, but also outside of the country where enterprises as far as Tel Aviv in Israel solicited his know-how. His career path His career path includes many companies such as Armatures Bois-Francs inc. (Vice-President, Business Development - December 2016 to February 2019); Reinforcing Steel Institute of Canada (Vice-President than President); Reinforcing Steel Institute of Québec (Vice-President than President); Québec Liberal Party (Financial Representative of Pierre Moreau's leadership race campaign- October 2012 to October 2013) and Québec Liberal Party (President of Ch teauguay Electoral District - October 2011 to October 2013). Jean-Pierre studied in Business Management at the Université de Montréal, graduated in civil engineering from Cégep du Vieux Montréal and received various training courses necessary for the proper management in the field of construction. He has served on various committees such as the Comité de gestion de l'École des métiers de l'acier (2008 to 2016) and the Sous-comité de formation professionnelle pour la Commission de la Construction du Québec (1993 to 2016). He also worked closely in redesigning the building trades with the Régie du b timent du Québec (2014 to 2016) as well as with the Board of Directors of the Chambre de commerce du Grand Ch teauguay where he lived more than 17 years. His 40 years within the construction industry enabled Mr. Cadieux to develop distinct skills and extensive knowledge of a company's various aspects including financing package; negotiation and business acquisition; market analysis; proposal submission, sales, negotiation and contract signature; output, acquisition of equipment; construction site management; account billing and collection; legal and amicable negotiation and settlement; work force management; dealing with bankers and ratio monitoring; organizational realignment and of course recruiting top talents.
