Provisions (formerly Doerle Food Services) was founded in 1950 as a small two-man operation, selling produce from the back of a single truck and housed in what was once a cow barn. Now, Provisions operates out of the only Food Distribution Facility located in Port Fourchon, La. Our delivery area spans the Gulf of Mexico coastline from Brownsville, TX all the way to Tampa, FL... Provisions may be a new name, but we've been serving our clients for 75 years. Over the decades we have grown into a multi-million-dollar distributor of grocery, meats, produce, paper, chemical, and tabletop supplies.
