Abdel El Hamdouni

Biography Abdel-lilah El Hamdouni, began his training as an engineer at the top European schools, and completed it in the nineties with higher commercial studies. He made his first steps in Europe in the flagship of the eighties of European electrical energy (UNERG), and then evolved in the large company with international management responsibilities. For fifteen years, he managed and managed infrastructure projects by founding the ADS Group, which specializes in energy, infrastructure and agro-industry covering several West African and Middle Eastern countries. Since the 2000s, he has been advising several African and European companies and organisations. He founded and presides over the first Moroccan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Côte d'Ivoire, one of the levers of the Moroccan economy in Africa, member and administrator of the American Chamber AMCHAM-CI, CCICI, FCCM, CSPP-CI, publishes several articles on the economy and emerging markets, and gives conferences on topics related to the internationalization of companies.

Biography Holder of a Master's degree in Business Administration, the American CPA, the American Certifications in Business Diagnostics and Evaluation (ABV) and Internal Audit (CIA), and a Diploma (AMP) in Advanced Management from Harvard Business School, he has 30 years of professional experience in Auditing, in the management of banks and financial services companies, in the administration of asset management companies and financial intermediation companies. After a brilliant career in auditing at PWC, he was successively CFO and CEO of the largest bank of the Ivory Coast State, the National Investment Bank (BNI). As CFO of the BNI, he managed significant financial resources (approximately EUR 200 million per year) by investing in bonds, listed and unlisted shares, and in public and private projects. He managed the bank and ensured its market development, its positioning (from 11th out of 24 to 7th out of 28 in 7 years), and its financial performance, and administered an asset management company and an intermediation management company which he had developed. He was a director of two French companies based in Côte d'Ivoire. He has been awarded 3 distinctions (decorations): in Côte d'Ivoire, France and Spain.

François Whittom

Brilliant doctoral studies at the Institut Universitaire de Cardiologie et de Pneumologie de Québec in Canada, with an excellent track record in Canadian entrepreneurship, where he chairs Whittom & Associés Health Promotion Inc. He collaborates on the National Manpower Strategy alongside Sam Hamad, Minister of Employment, and most recently, he is called upon to work alongside Sébastien Proulx, Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports and Minister responsible for the Gaspésie-Iles-de-la-Madeleine region. He forges his knowledge of major public projects in the three largest Quebec government departments in Canada. For 20 years now, he has continued to work for the Philadelphia Flyers organization of the National Hockey League, the famous Hockey News magazine has devoted a major article to him. Biography Marcel R. Tremblay trained in business studies at Ulaval, Paris-Sorbonne, and Ljubljana. Since the 1970s, he has managed and managed several Canadian companies, and in 1994 founded the MRT Group, which specializes in mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances and private financing. Over the years, he has acted as an advisor to governments and companies in South America, Europe and Africa. He advises the management of Trust Eterna, a business development firm, and also acts as a senior special advisor for STS Capital and Hill Knowlton. Former Member of Parliament in the House of Commons in Ottawa, Co-Chair of the Commission on Reform of the Canadian Senate and member of the Standing Committee on Management of the House of Commons of Canada. He has represented the Canadian government at the UN, NATO and OECD.
