GSD is a women-owned and women-operated boutique advisory firm that is committed to elevating women's sports and transforming the sports landscape into a more equitable space through investment, partnership, and activation... As founders of GSD, we strongly believe that much of our success to date stems from playing youth sports. We want to pay it forward and help ensure that all girls get to experience that same power of sport. We donate 1% of our annual profits towards organizations that help develop the next generation of female leaders through sport.
