Our farming estate or dehesa with hotel is at the foot of the Sierra de Gata mountains, in the remote valley of Jálama, a refuge for the black stork, the icon of our land. On this privileged spot in Cáceres, whose sustainable landscape has been shaped by man for centuries, we produce organic extra virgin olive oil and raise our cattle and Iberian acorn-fed pigs with love.
