The Hawkes Bay Kayak Racing Club was formed in October 2005 after members from three of Hawkes Bays Surf Life Saving Clubs wanted the opportunity to affiliate to the national kayak racing body... The vision of the Hawks Bay Kayak Racing Club is to be "a strong club producing competitive athletes". Our clubs purpose is to develop, grow and promote the sport of kayak racing within the Hawkes Bay Region"
