HEALTH ADVOCATE COACHING

As a lawyer with offices in Berlin and Los Angeles, I lived a hectic lifestyle that lacked one thing: time. I neglected my health, felt uncomfortable in my body and went from one diet to the next. Short-term successes did not last and I began to develop an uneasy relationship with food. I decided to treat myself and my problem like I would treat a client, a case, and to do everything to represent my client in the best possible way - in this case myself. So, I started my journey of intensive research, trained as a nutrition coach, took the pressure off to follow a certain diet and instead started to replace, for example, my favorite dishes with healthier alternatives. Just as I know from my professional career as a lawyer, I researched the facts of healthy diets, looked into them, and developed a strategy.
