I went to Salisbury University where I double-majored in Biology and Psychology. I have been in the business for about 4 years. Obviously, with a Biology background, I never expected myself to get into marketing and sales, let alone manage a marketing and sales office, but have loved every second of it. I came into this business wanting to develop my communication skills and learn sales techniques and quickly found that my hard work was pushing me further than I was able to go in the science world. Understanding and developing others has been my main focus and also the most enjoyable part. My goals moving forward are not only to continue to develop my own skills but to ensure those I work with are continuously growing and developing into successful managers in order to make a big impact on our clients and our customers.

Erick Lopez

I attended Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. I studied Health Science with a concentration in Community Health. I grew up with a family full of entrepreneurs which steered me into looking into business management when I can across this opportunity. I have a huge passion for sports, especially football and soccer. In my free time I like to spend my time at the beach or lake fishing or wakeboarding. I have learned how to better communicate and train others in this business. My goals are to continue to grow our business throughout the country.

Jessica Lieberman

Jessica Lieberman has been promoted recently owing to her sharp focus and exemplary performance. She will be expanding to Philly in May 2022 for Verizon and Inspire, helping them achieve some of their most ambitious business goals!

Jordan Griffin

Jordan Griffin is a newly promoted marketing professional who has been with Highland Management for a significant part of his career. He was recently promoted this March and is managing his new responsibilities of expanding for Verizon and Inspire to Central Jersey! Before joining Highland Management, he was in the army. Jordan loves football and is an ardent Rams fan. Jordan always displayed high energy and a lot of promise to shine in the industry. He did not settle for the ordinary and pushed himself and backed his skills to achieve great results and stand firmly on his own feet. Jordan has always had an entrepreneurial spirit; however, he only grew stronger with widened horizons after joining our company.

Morgan Mendelson - VP

I went to the University of Tampa where I studied Business Management and discovered my passion for human resources through my classes. I have played multiple sports growing up and was a personal trainer throughout college. I wanted more growth and opportunity so I started in the company right after college and have worked in the company for almost 4 years now. I first started in marketing and developed many of my interpersonal skills and then in account management, I developed the leadership skills that enable me to be a more successful and empathetic manager. I was initially attracted to this job because of the growth opportunity and I stayed for that, as well as the supportive and fun culture. In my time here I have been able to develop so many crucial relationships and have been able to network with many wonderful people. My goals moving forward are to help promote many successful managers and train up their Human Resource departments to be prosperous in their training, recruiting, and onboarding.

I began my journey in the business in August 2020. I started in the sales and marketing side of our company for the many different growth paths and opportunities. Since then, I have had the opportunity to expand with and help build numerous locations in our organization. As one of the youngest members of the company, I believe week by week I really have developed myself not only professionally but on a personal level just by learning from all the different people I've had the opportunity to meet. I really enjoy the time I've spent and the relationships I've built with our team here. My goals moving forward is to be able to give others the opportunity that was presented to me and help the team reach their goals.
