Since opening our doors in 1971, Richmond Home Need Services has been providing New York home healthcare services in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and the Bronx through the Administration for Children's Services and other agencies... Since 1982, Stella Orton Home Care Agency has been providing an array of NYC home healthcare services to people in need. We serve people in Staten Island, Manhattan, and Brooklyn, and are licensed in all five boroughs... We are a New York State Licensed Home Care Services Agency. We contract with most Man aged Care and Managed Long-Term Care Providers in the New York area, as well as with the Human Resources Administration of New York City (HRA) and the Visiting Nurse Service (VNS).
