Blake brings over 20 years of experience to illumifin and is focused on driving quality service, customer experience, and operational delivery. He is responsible for illumifin's life, health, annuity, and long term care servicing operations, as well as illumifin's expanding footprint in India. Prior to joining illumifin, Blake has held various executive roles in the insurance space. Most notably, he has held roles as CEO for Transamerica's Individual Solutions and Workplace businesses. He also served as enterprise chief operating officer overseeing operations, product, administration and technology with Transamerica. Blake leverages data and analytics to provide relevant solutions to customers. He leads with a focus on innovative thinking and consistent execution, especially with respect to delivering what customers need. Blake has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was a captain on the soccer team. He lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, Katie, and their two girls, who keep them on their toes. They enjoy skiing, playing soccer, hiking with their dogs, and traveling.
With more than three decades of experience within the healthcare and insurance industries, Denise is responsible for the strategic implementation of all clinical assessment services offered through the company. In addition to providing leading insurers with insights to inform their underwriting and claims decisions, she oversees a team of skilled account management staff charged with working directly with customers as well as a nationwide network of nurses and support staff who deliver best-in-class in person, video and telephonic assessments. Denise is a registered nurse with a degree from Peter Bent Brigham Hospital School of Nursing, a BS in Health Care Management from Lesley University, and an MBA from Rivier University. Denise enjoys spending time with her family and takes advantage of the Florida sunshine as much as possible, watching the wildlife swim by as she reads on the dock. She is an avid traveler working to cross the last two continents off her bucket list.

James brings illumifin 22 years of experience in Technology, with 8 years as CTO/CIO. His knowledge of multiple platforms, agile & process transformations, and optimizations allows him to develop the most efficient and elegant solutions that achieve company objectives while maintaining a secure, compliant environment. James has a wide breadth of experience building technology and product management departments from the ground up in both flatter and matrixed organizations and building out offshore teams in India and Vietnam. He is also experienced in infrastructure and service delivery, having managed ITSM, Security and Risk Management across multiple companies. He holds his BS in Computer Science with a Minor in Business Administration from Ohio University. James lives in the cold but fantastic city of Minneapolis, MN with his wife and three children. When he is not driving his children to sporting events and activities, he enjoys reading, watching movies and hitting a white ball on green grass with his friends and family.
Liane leads illumifin's Human Resource Department, championing the corporate culture and hiring, developing and retaining talent while implementing consistent HR policies & processes across the organization. She has 30 years of HR experience in various industries, with the last 10 years in executive leadership roles. Notably, she led Tri Star Services through a cultural change, introducing a new brand, establishing mission, vision, and values, and developing a strong succession planning process to identify and develop top talent. She holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Idaho and earned her MBA from Washington State University. Liane is a huge sports fan who loves watching college basketball and football. She spends as much time as possible outside of work with her husband, three children and two grandchildren.
KP leads illumifin India with his primary focus on delivering best-in-class third-party administrator (TPA) services and technology solutions. Responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing the right talent, KP's goal is to build a vibrant corporate culture and world-class organization. KP has 20+ years of experience leading large insurance operations in the areas of Service Operations Management, Transition/Implementation Management, Strategic Planning, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Relationship Management. Prior to illumifin, KP worked in companies such as DXC and Xchanging, where he led insurance operations across multiple delivery centers in India & Singapore. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Applications and Global Advanced Management Program from ISB Kellogg. KP's favorite hobby is traveling and exploring new places. He also enjoys reading English literature and books on human and social behavior.

Matt leverages his 17 years of experience in long-term care, group life, and disability to lead actuarial consulting projects and provide solutions for illumifin clients. He oversees a wide variety of projects, including product development, rate increase support, due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, experience studies, and actuarial projections. Prior to joining illumifin, Matt worked in senior and consulting roles at Cigna, DaVinci Consulting Group, and Towers Watson and was Principal Consulting Actuary at LTCG. Matt holds a degree in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University and is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. A frequent speaker at industry events, Matt is a former member of the SOA LTC Section Council. He also co-edited the actuarial textbook Insuring Long Term Care and co-authored the Society of Actuaries' Intercompany LTC Experience Study. On the personal side, Matt is a Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and four children.

Peter brings over 30 years of experience to illumifin, including in his previous role as Co-Founder, President and CEO of LTCG. He was also the Past President and Board Member of the Intercompany Marketing Group, and Past Board Member of LTC Financial Partners (an IMO now ACSIA Partners, LLC). In his current role at illumifin, Peter sets the strategic direction for the company while also focusing on fostering a great company culture for the 2500 employees in both the US and India. A big component of that culture is to meet client commitments while driving an enhanced customer experience for the millions of policyholders served and Peter and the team strive to make that happen every day. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University where he was captain of the ice hockey team. Peter is proud to give back to the long term care community as a current Board Member of the California Southland Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. He and his wife Camille are seasoned travelers, classic rock aficionados and dog lovers. When not focused on work, he values time spent with his wife and daughters pursuing their active lifestyle that includes golf, skiing, hiking and scuba diving. Hailing from Boston, Peter appreciates all things "Beantown", especially the New England Patriots and Cape Cod oysters.

With 25 years of experience in long-term care, life, and annuities, Ralph leads actuarial consulting projects and provides reliable solutions for illumifin clients. He oversees a wide variety of projects including product development, rate increase support, due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, experience studies, and actuarial projections. He spent the first nine years of his career between Milliman, Wakely Actuarial, and AF&L Insurance Company, then moved into consulting roles at DaVinci Consulting and Towers Watson before becoming Principal Consulting Actuary at LTCG. Ralph has a BS in Mathematics from Arcadia University and is a member of Arcadia's Math Advisory Board as well as a speaker at industry events. Ralph is a Philadelphia sports fan who appreciates homemade wine, charcuterie and other foods. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and is passionate about farming.
Scott is responsible for all account and project management functions at illumifin, where he oversees the successful strategic and tactical execution of client priorities. Rooted in more than 20 years of operational and IT management experience in insurance and technology, Scott's in-depth understanding of emerging insurance products, industry trends, and the competitive environment allow him to identify opportunities to improve the financial and operational performance of illumifin customers. Working closely with operational, IT, and business leaders, he ensures that projects are implemented in accordance with service level agreements and that performance guarantees are achieved. Previously Scott served as head of operations for a leading supercomputer solutions provider. In 2003 he joined LTCG, where he held numerous senior and executive leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations. Scott is Six Sigma certified with a degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and is a frequent speaker at insurance industry events. Scott is an avid outdoorsman and spends his free time hiking, fishing and riding horses with his wife and family.
An accomplished industry leader with over 30 years of experience with long-term care (LTC) insurance, Sharon is responsible for illumifin's claims and care management division, oversees risk decisions and claims processing, and leads the company's customer experience initiative. Sharon is a registered nurse with more than 10 years of clinical experience managing the care of seniors in acute and community-based home care settings. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at Penn Treaty where she held various executive positions spanning strategic operations, policyholder & corporate services, claims & care management, and customer experience initiatives. As an active industry leader, Sharon serves as the ILTCI Conference Chair, ILTCI executive committee member, Claims Advisory Group Chair, and a Society of Actuaries LTC Council representative. Sharon completed her RN degree at Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and Pennsylvania State University. Sharon is married to Matt and they can often be found at the beach with their grandchildren or traveling with family to add countries to her list. She enjoys cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies and believes that this could be the year they win it all!
Terri has been in the long-term care industry for the past 25 years. She started her career at John Hancock and was selected as one of the first associates to help build the Group Long Term Care business. Terri was recognized with a prestigious JH Corporate Award for establishing the LTC Call Center. Over the course of her tenure at John Hancock, she led all aspects of Individual and Group LTC service and operations including claims. Terri joined illumifin in 2015 initially leading all front end functions including New Business, Call Center, and Inforce Administration. In 2021 her role expanded to include Operations Readiness for all new LTC client conversions along with executive sponsorship of our Rate Increase Center of Excellence.
Terri lives in MA where she resides with her husband and two daughters. She loves country music, traveling and photography with her favorite trips being to Iceland and South Africa. Terri attended Colorado College and received a degree in Economics. She is currently attending the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and enrolled in a professional photography certificate program.
