Dr Siddiqui is an experienced & ambitious health Insurance professional with over 14 years experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in claims management, Quality Assurance and Provider Network Management. He is equipped with commercial awareness, regulatory requirements and product knowledge. He is certified in ICD 10 AM coding and having sound knowledge of ACHI and SFDA codes. He also earned certificates from renowned institions such as SAMA, MunichRe, Moody, HIMMA etc. His vast knowledge and experience of Claim documentation in Saudi Arabian market will always be an advantage to clients served by Enoque RCM.
An alumnus of the prestigious Christian Medical College Ludhiana and having done her MHA from one of the best institutes in India i.e. Tata Institute of Social Sciences, she has served as a health care professional in various capacities for last 17 yrs. She had served in the Armed Forces as Medical Officer and worked as CEO of a 100 bedded hospital in Mumbai. She introduced the Cardiac Surgeries and Cath Lab in the hospital during her tenure. Her interests lie in the fields of providing quality health care at affordable prices, health education, hospital administration and planning.
He is a trained healthcare service management professional with more than ten years of experience of healthcare delivery focussed on financing and Insurance in International arena. His expertise lies in Revenue cycle management, Hospital Billing, Health Insurance, HMIS, Research, and strategy with P&L accountability. He was instrumental in bringing claim denial rate less than 10% for a chain of Polyclinics of Saudi Arabia. He has worked in corporate driven and public Health systems. Currently, Dr serve as the Medical Director and Consultant Diabetologist for a chain of Specialty Heart & Diabetes Clinics in Mumbai with a focus on wellness and multi-disciplinary holistic care. He was instrumental to bring IT-supported care pathways for early detection and prevention of long-term complications caused by Type 2 Diabetes, this approach adds value to patients. He is award-winning UK Alumni with an MBA in International Health Services & Hospital Management from London South Bank University where he spent considerable time studying the National Health Service (NHS, England). He is serving as the Director for Healthcare at Indian Economic Trade Organization (IETO).
