Founded in 1984 under the name "Exportstiftung Baden-Württemberg" by the state government of the time, we were renamed 20 years later to "Baden-Württemberg International - Gesellschaft für internationale wirtschaftliche und wissenschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mbH". Today, roughly 90 employees with extensive experience on foreign markets, in international project management and in attracting businesses work at the headquarters in the state capital city, Stuttgart... Baden-Württemberg International is the central location marketing agency for business and science in and for Baden-Württemberg... BW_i is a member of the initiative KLIMAWIN of the State of Baden-Württemberg and is thus committed to the principles of sustainable and responsible governance.
